When Are Refunds Issued?

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The item was received in a damaged or defective condition
  • A wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered)

We Do NOT Offer Refunds For:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dislike of colour, style, or fit
  • Any other reason not listed above

How to Initiate a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@bellora.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Your refund will be credited to your account within 7 days from the date it is initiated.
