Return & Exchange Window
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of your delivery date. We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives and reach out promptly if anything seems off. Requests received after this window cannot be accommodated.
Please note that all return shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
What Qualifies for a Return or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges exclusively for the following:
- Wrong Item Received — You received a product that differs from what you ordered in style, size, colour, or variant.
- Damaged Upon Arrival — Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect, physical damage, or was impaired during transit.
Please note that returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order.

Once your return or exchange is approved, you may choose from one of the following:
- Store Coupon — Receive the full value as a Bellora store coupon, redeemable on any future purchase.
- Money Refund — A full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days.
- Exchange — Swap your item for the correct product or an alternative of equal value.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To get started, simply send an email to support@bellora.shop within 7 days of delivery. Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (wrong item or damaged)
- Clear photos showing the problem
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and get back to you with next steps and your resolution options.
