At Bellora, every order is packed with care and dispatched promptly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we get your order from us to you.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and handed to our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Charges
We Offer FREE Shipping on all our products.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s website. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately at support@bellora.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work to resolve it as swiftly as possible.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bellora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@bellora.shop and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatched orders.
